Guide to the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale – On a Budget

It’s the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale! I was able to shop Early Access and create my list of items that are either on my wishlist or that I did purchase/have purchased in past years.
As far as clothing goes, my size has changed so much in the last 3 or 4 years with pregnancies, that I don’t quite feel ready to spend more than $50 on a shirt knowing that it may not fit me for too long (especially since we don’t know if we are done having kids or not).
So I picked out my favorite thrifty finds from the 2019 Nordstrom Anniversary Sale to share with you and help you make your picks before all the sizes are gone!

When is the NSale?
The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale dates change depending on your level of loyalty to Nordstrom.
The first group to be able to shop are the Nordy Club Icons and Ambassadors (the two highest tiers of Nordstrom’s Nordy Club rewards program), who get exclusive access to pre-shop the sale as early as July 9.
Then, if you’re a cardholder, the Early Access sale is open at 12:30 p.m. on July 12, which means you get to shop the sale before the rest of the genpop.
The Anniversary sale officially opens for non-cardholders, on July 19, 12:30 p.m. Sizes and selections will go quickly and they don’t always restock before the end of the sale. Then we all have until August 4th to shop the sale before prices go back to normal (read: more expensive) on August 5th.
What To Buy During the Nordstrom Sale
Below are my picks and wishlist for the nsale. Highlighting a few of my favorites too!
Sam Edelman Boots – I think the Vince Camuto and Sam Edelman boots look insanely similar, and I am in need of a new pair of boots since my last pair (which I have had since before I got married) finally wore out last winter. Since both pairs are over $150 on sale, they are on my wishlist. I did find a pair of dupes for the Sam Edelman boots for just $25 and snapped those up – so I will put these Nordstrom boots on my Christmas list.
Zella Leggings – I picked up a pair of these leggings during the sale this year (7/8ths length) and I am really excited to see if they live up to the hype!
Barefoot Dreams Cardigan – I bought one of these last year and love it. It is like wearing a super soft and comfy blanket.
