In the first two weeks, we audit your current schedule, reset your priorities and dive deep into what you want your life to look like 5, 10 and 30 years from now. At this stage, we’ll uncover what thought patterns and distractions are keeping you from making progress in your current state and set you up with customized strategies to overcome them
Module Two
Plan It Out
During Weeks 3-4, we’ll put pen to paper and start drafting customized routines and rhythms that will set you and your family up for success. We will talk through strategies to get your family on board and overcome challenges that day to day life throws your way, without getting stressed.
Module Three
Snap Into Action
During this phase, we’ll start implementing the life giving strategies we created in step 2. This will start giving you room to breathe and keep you from feeling like you are drowning. We will set 3 short term goals using a motivating 4 part system that will help you build momentum and get you closer to where you want to be.
